  • What should my username look like?
A username should be at least 6 characters in length and include Latin letters, numbers and special characters (.!#$%^&*()_-+). Usernames are not case sensitive. However, sometimes another user has already taken the username that you want to create. Don't feel bad. There is a solution! Try adding some of the special characters mentioned above to your username. Or you can think up another username and everything will be OK!

  • What should my password look like?
A good password is one that is hard to guess or figure out. For example, your dog's name or the name of the company where you work is a classic example of a bad password. A strong password is a minimum of 6 characters (maximum password length is 50 characters) that includes both uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers and special characters (.!#$%^&*()_-+). But even if you created an excellent password like 0dnoKLAS9, don't share it with anyone. And please don't use the password 0dnoKLAS9 either!
