Buyer reviews, amends (if necessary), signs and stamps the SPA, then return the SPA in WORD FORMAT to seller within 3 working days. Seller sends the final notarized SPA to the Buyer in PDF format. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (Cl), Buyer Signs within and returns to Seller within its validity 3. Upon receipt and review of the signed C.I, seller issues Dip Test Authorization D.T.A) to be completed and signed by buyer/ Buyer’s logistics in order for Dip Test to be conducted. 4.
